a. Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) Promotional Videos
HTA recently had two videos developed by a consultant to support transit use and workforce recruitment, including a “How to Ride” instructional video and a driver recruitment video.

a. SSTAC Membership Updates: CAE Advisory Request and Karuk Tribe Appointment
The SSTAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board approve CAE’s request to have their membership moved from discretionary voting membership to advisory membership and to approve the appointment of a Karuk Tribe Department of Transportation representative to the SSTAC.
b. FY 2026-27 Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) Report of Findings
The SSTAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board adopt the FY 2026-27 UTN Report of Findings determining there are no unmet transit needs reasonable to meet.
c. SB 125 Long Term Financial Plan
The SSTAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board accept the SB 125 Long Term Financial Plan and authorize staff to submit to CalSTA.
