5. 4% Annual Payout Authorization

HCAOG Staff has identified that the Humboldt Bay Trail Fund’s 4% annual endowment payout has not been established and the spendable balance has accumulated to $63,082.56. This agenda item is for the Committee to consider requesting a transfer of the full spendable balance to the expendable fund and to establish an ongoing annual 4% payout.
