4. Adjournment of the HCAOG Board; Convening of the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC)

The PAC convenes to include representation from Caltrans and Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) Board for items specific to transportation.

The PAC will receive an update on the Regional Climate Action Plan and HCAOG’s potential role in accommodating the Regional Climate Committee and the Climate Program Manager and provide direction to staff.
