Over the past year, HCAOG, CRTP, and consultant engineering firm GHD has worked on developing a local methodology for bike and pedestrian "level of traffic stress" (LTS) assessment. The results of this assessment are now open, in an interactive online application. Before you review the LTS results, it's important to understand the concept and method.
