a. 2026-27 Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) Cycle and Proposed Timeline

The SSTAC will review and consider approving the draft FY 2026-27 UTN timeline. 

b. Draft Revised HCAOG Transportation Development Act (TDA) Rules

The SSTAC will review the draft revised HCAOG TDA Rules, provide input, and consider recommending that the HCAOG Board adopt the revisions. 

c. Draft 2025 Title VI Program and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan Update

The SSTAC will review the draft revised Title VI and LEP Plan, provide input, and consider recommending that the HCAOG Board adopt Resolution 25-19 approving the revised plan. 

d. 2025 Draft Public Participation Plan Update

The SSTAC will review the draft revised Public Participation Plan (PPP), provide input, and consider recommending that the HCAOG Board adopt Resolution 25-20 approving the revised plan. 

5. Discussion Items

a. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5310 Grant Program Information

Associate Planner Stevie Luther will provide an update on the FTA 5310 program and request volunteers to score grant applications. 

b. Results of Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) Assessment

Senior Regional Planner Oona Smith will present the results of the Bike and Pedestrian LTS Assessment.

6. HCAOG Executive Director Report

This item is reserved for matters that the Executive Director may wish to report on.
