a) Draft Methodology for the Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) Assessment for Local Streets and Roads
HCAOG Staff will provide information on the draft methodology for the LTS Assessment. SSTAC members are encouraged to share suggestions on which assumptions are reasonable and where data collection efforts should be focused.
6. Action Items
a) SSTAC Advisory Membership Position
The SSTAC will move Jaison Chand’s seat to an advisory member position and consider making other updates to the roster.
b) FY 2025-26 Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) Cycle and Proposed Timeline
The SSTAC will review the draft FY 25-26 UTN timeline provide staff with direction on changes to this year’s process.
