1. Call to Order/Roll Call
2. Adjournment of the HCAOG Board; Convening of the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC)
The PAC convenes to include representation from Caltrans and Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) Board for items specific to transportation.
3. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items
This agenda item is reserved for public comments on matters over which the PAC has jurisdiction but are not on the agenda.
4. Presentations
a. Climate Adaptation Implementation Plan
Lorna McFarlane, of Caltrans District 1’s Climate Adaptation Planning Team, will provide an update on the Climate Adaptation Implementation Plan as it relates to the Eureka/Arcata Corridor and the Humboldt Bay Trail.
b. Humboldt Bay Trail Update
Hank Seemann, County of Humboldt Public Works Deputy-Director, will provide updates on the construction progress of the Humboldt Bay Trail and the status of the Hikshari to College of the Redwoods Trail.
5. Consent Calendar
The PAC will consider approving the following item(s), considered to be routine, with a single motion. Item(s) may be removed from the Consent Calendar and, if removed, will be heard separately.

b. 2025-2034 Caltrans Master Fund Transfer Agreement (MFTA) (encl)
Adopt Resolution 24-19 authorizing the Executive Director to execute the 2025-2034 MFTA between Caltrans and HCAOG.
c. City of Arcata FY 2024-25 Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Claim (encl)
Adopt Resolution 24-20 approving the City of Arcata’s LTF claim in the amount of $718,162 for FY 2024-25.
