The PAC convenes to include representation from Caltrans and Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) Board for items specific to transportation.

a. Humboldt Transit Authority Hydrogen Bus Video

PAC Member Natalie Arroyo will present a short video about Humboldt Transit Authority’s new Hydrogen Bus.

b. Road Charge Update 

Caltrans staff will provide an update on the Road Charge Technical Advisory Committee and the Road Charge Pilot program.
