The Humboldt County Association of Governments (HCAOG) is inviting interested parties to submit proposals for providing services to complete the 2026 Pavement Management System (PMS) Update. HCAOG is accepting proposals for professional services of a qualified firm, or combination of firms, to assist in updating PMSs for HCAOG member entities and Native American Tribes utilizing the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC) StreetSaver Online Edition. Other software systems proposed will not be considered. The final product should include overlays that are compatible with the Geographical Information System centerline already in place for the larger entities. 

The deadline to submit questions regarding the RFP is Wednesday January 7. The closing date for receipt of proposals is Friday January 16. The project is expected to commence in March 2026 and be completed no later than June 30, 2027.
