2017 Regional Transportation Plan for Humboldt County (VROOM - Variety in Rural Options of Mobility)

The policies in the Regional Transportation Plan serve to guide the development of a safe, efficient, coordinated, balanced regional transportation system. This Plan is intended to identify and document specific actions necessary to address the region’s needs for connectivity, mobility, accessibility, and goods movement for the next 20 years.
