The Humboldt County Association of Governments (HCAOG) is currently recruiting a CivicSpark Fellow to join our team. CivicSpark is accepting Fellow applications for the 2024-25 service year. Fellows serve with local governments and make a real impact while building their social purpose careers. CivicSpark Fellows implement local projects on topics including sustainable transportation, energy efficiency, climate action planning, water conservation, drought response, affordable housing, rural-broadband, equity, and environmental justice. HCAOG is looking for a Fellow to assist with Safe and Sustainable Transportation Targets reporting and implementation. This is a great opportunity to see how well climate policies influence actions, how to monitor progress, and to work collaboratively on many levels (internal staff, external partners, and stakeholders).
