FY 2011-12 Overall Work Program (OWP)

The Overall Work Program (OWP) is a one-year scope of work and budget for RTPA activities to be accomplished in the fiscal year, July 1 and June 30. It is a statement of proposed work and estimated costs that tie specific, available transportation funding to specific transportation planning activities. The OWP's "Information Element" identifies regional transportation planning activities outside of HCAOG.
